The Women Authors Book Club brings together passionate readers who share a love of literature written by women. The group meets on the third Saturday of the month at The Women’s Library in Newtown. Come along to enjoy the discussion and share recommendations with other book club members.
Our aim at the Women Authors Book Club is to enjoy a discussion about books, writing and women in literature. Some months we have a set book, on other occasions we discuss whatever you’re reading: any book, any genre – as long as the author is a woman.
New book club members are always welcome to join us for relaxed and enjoyable evenings of conversation about books and their authors. There is no formal joining process for the Women Authors Book Club. Simply come to the library at 4:30 pm on the third Saturday and enjoy the discussion.
